Staffing agency skip my work schedul
I experienced ddifferenc in myse compared to other.
Real life Really and Real story
ÀgencA need a employee every day or every week
They got a goal all employees get hours
Many times they have few few oeoplp for work.
More hour they can split with employee who is working. By call job .less employee and more time splitting with employee.
First week I got more hours.
Agency trying to get more hours for employment.
Any event going for one location to other locations thet switch to the other employees.
If I need hours I might y not get it
Then I try to find other job with others agency.
New agency providing the work
May be they're to expect new location for employment who had to go to the new location.
May be employee need to pay for the parking.
Or employee not available because family personal problem.
Onc Reports to all staffing agency that's they had going on with family issue and they not available.
Example :
Family members die and need to go out of town for funeral.
This'll be going to effect on work.
They were going to be find somebody instead me.
They were looking for new employee.
Staffing agency also creat job fair.they can get more employee's
This Will effect senior.
Also if senior from other nationality
More problem for them
I thought my life experience.
I got reducr my hours
They were rude to me and treated wrongly.
They going to call me and hold for pending worker
They was call me and asked for availability once I confirm I am available they are telling me they were going to send addresses and location for work in email.
They were not email to me
They confirmed over phone I am available and later on they had said they do not have work for that day but some othro day.
Confirming many time for all difftdiffeday still not getting more then 8 hours or two days split with 8-9 hour.
Then I feel sad .
Tricky political issue going with you I can't do anything.
Just survive.
Hopefully you hope that's okay whatever you getting is just hope and you (me) not getting more hours.
Afency calling you they wee getting back to me and reporting for more hours.
Feeding like they were fooling with me.
