Staffing Agency Attending more job fair ,more employee hire for banquet server, major population in this state add up in job .it is effect on senior getting less hour or agency forget them. I need to call everyday for more hour and schedule. Yesterday was two event and they doesn't select me .I feel like it is nationality discriminations' join class today and I was driving on highway I missed call and I call back then they reported they got some one instead me. other employee got three day in advance schedule I am not getting they were going to call me in last minute when they not find other employee or they going to be absent or not show up or when they need extra. I miss call today and they hire some one else'

is hard to believe it but is true. Other type of people going in kitchen and not back to work like half hours they are missing compare to them I am at location near table all time start to end (if different between people and worker) still I am not getting more hours because those are majority they were connected with nice relation with other ,I feel like I am different then them. Agency do not know but leader is same as those all majority so they enjoy work. They are working fine but they hide lot and work every day and compare to them I am different I am on spot all time and not getting enough hours. They not paying me 20 hour a week so I start other agency and other agency employee also as same I wrote on top majority of type off people ( B )  is lot. I am talking with serval associate they got book for work two day ago and they had schedule ahead of time and I am not. They also surprise why I am not getting work information and location information day ahead !
